Hidden away in an extremely sheltered and sunny position with excellent views to the waters of Palm Beach and the accompanying headland, Matai Moana is a luxury ‘bach’ conjuring up fond memories of happy and lazy summers past.
Originally built in 1948 this black and white weatherboard bungalow was extensively, architecturally, updated in 2007, in sympathy with the original structure.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom character house with extensive decking and spacious living/dining/kitchen areas, has been tastefully decorated with style in soothing and relaxing tones.

Facilities

Sleeps 7 with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an outside shower.

Ground Floor:

Open plan living/dining and kitchen.
Living area with TV, stereo, DVD and fireplace.
Dining area seats 8.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Full compliment of kitchen appliances and utensils.
BBQ on deck immediately adjacent to kitchen.

Queen bedroom with ensuite including shower, hand basin and toilet.
Double bedroom with shuttered and screened ‘Juliet’ balcony.
Bathroom with bath/shower, hand basin and toilet.
Washing machine, drier and outside shower.

Lower level (external access):

Large bedroom with one Queen size and one single bed.

Rates apply for 4 people. $50 per night per extra person to open up downstairs.
Minimum 2 night bookings. 3 nights over long weekends and a min 7 night booking over Christmas New Year.
Summer rates apply for Easter.
10% discount for bookings of 8 nights or more

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
