This property is on top of the hill overlooking Onetangi Beach, Thompson's Point and all the way out to the Coromandel Peninsula, Great Barrier Island and Little Barrier.
It is a new home being only three years old and designed by one of Waiheke's own architects.
Every room has a stunning view, including the rear rooms, which look back over the vineyards to Stonyridge Vineyard and beyond.
Enjoy meals on the expansive deck facing due north.
There is a smaller deck at the rear in case the wind blows in the wrong direction.
The property is on a near flat section with a concrete driveway leading to the house.
Onetangi beach is a short walk down the steps. There is a clear view of the beach from the house.

Four Bedrooms with three bathrooms:
Master bedroom with queen and ensuite, large bubble bath and queen size double bed. Also a changing room.
Three other bedrooms and two other bathrooms.
3 Queen beds, 2 King singles, and two folding beds if required.(Surcharge of $50 per extra bed per night)
Two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs.
52 inch TV downstairs plus complete sound system and quadraphonic speakers.
Modern kitchen with double oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and dishwasher.
TV upstairs in the upper lounge area with its own deck for sunbathing.Sink unit, fridge etc in upstairs living area.
The property is not suitable for young children.

3 nights over long weekends
7 nights over the Christmas New Year period.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
