Kiwi View Cottage
You can enjoy the privacy of your own sundrenched bungalow with uninterrupted sea-views; minutes’ stroll from Oneroa’s beaches, village shops and restaurants.
Close to both Matiatia and Kennedy Point ferries, “Kiwi View Cottage” is an ideal getaway for total relaxation or more active pursuits, all accessible by foot. Follow the walking trail over to nearby Church Bay, stopping en route for wine-tasting overlooking the sea.
Circumnavigate Waiheke in one of our kayaks, or amble down to the beach for sailboad lessons (you know, those surf boards with sails).
Plenty of room for the kids to play boardgames in their own self-contained sleep-out, when they’re not swimming or trying their hand at watersports. Even winter is inviting, as you warm yourself beside the open fire, gazing at the boats passing by.
Finish the day barbequing on the west facing deck, enjoying the sunset, or wander up to one of Oneroa’s many restaurants. Walk home watching the city lights appear over the harbour.

Master bedroom: queen bed with ensuite, toilet and shower.

Kitchen: Electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
Open plan dining and lounge, opening onto a west facing deck overlooking the water.

A great fire place for those cold nights in the middle of winter.
BBQ and outdoor furniture helps you enjoy the outdoor entertaining area overlooking the bay.
2 sea kayaks included.
House is child friendly and pets are welcome on request.

Rates apply for 4 people.
$150 extra per night for the use of the sleepout which can sleep another 4.
2 night min booking.
3 night min booking over long weekends.
7 night min booking over the Christmas/ New Year period.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
