The kitchen opens out to the dining room and lounge in an open plan.
A large dinnning room table seats 6 comfortably while overlooking the bay.
The lounge opens out to the north facing decks. It is equipped with 42" LCD TV/DVD/CD/Radio/Stereo.
A large gourmet BBQ sits on the deck for those social gatherings and family reunions. Included with the property is the use of 3 kayaks for exploring the bay.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
