This private beachfront (detached) apartment has a Mediterranean feel and is only 50 metres away from Onetangi Beach, Waiheke Island’s best surfing beach.
It is a five minute walk along the beach to cafés and bars.
The golf course and vineyards are only a few minutes away by car, bus, or taxi.
Children are welcome.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of four people, (with room for an extra couple in the main house, behind).
Tea, coffee and milk will be supplied upon your arrival.
If you bring your car to the island there is off-street parking adjacent to the apartment.

Facilities

Main Bedroom is very large. One can lie in the queen sized bed and look out to sea.
In the open planned kitchen/lounge area there are another 2 single beds.
The apartment has one bathroom with toilet and shower.
There is room to accommodate another couple in a queen bed in the bottom of the main house behind the apartment (a shared bathroom is available with bath/shower and toilet).
The kitchen facilitates a microwave, electric hob and a fridge with a BBQ on the ouside patio area, with outdoor table and chairs.
Breakfast Provisions Provided (optional).
Lounge has couch, coffee table, TV, stereo and radio.
Separate dining room conservatory with seating for 4.

Kayaks available for guests according to sea conditions and competance.
Free shuttle from the ferry and return.

Min 2 night bookings.
Min 3 night bookings over long weekends.
Min 7 night bookings over Christmas/New Year period.
$100 per night extra for the 5th and 6th person.
Rates are $25 less per night for 2 people.

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
