Sails is situated on a hill-side with magnificent views over Oneroa and Owhanakei bays.
It is only a short walk to Oneroa village shops, cafes, takeaways, art galleries and entertainment.
Sails will accommodate up to 8 in the main house and an extra 2 in the sleepout if need be.
The property offers plenty of indoor/outdoor living space.
You can follow the sun around, choosing to relax on any of the surrounding decks.
Should the weather take a turn for the worse, there is a lovely Kent fireplace to stoke up and keep you warm.

Facilities

4 Bedrooms plus sleepout:
Masterbedroom with queen bed, TV and an ensuite (shower and toilet)
2nd Bedroom with set of bunks.
3rd bedroom facing the huge northern views with a double bed.
Seperate bathroom with toilet and bath with overhead shower.
4th bedroom downstairs with external access. 2 single beds.
Laundry also downstairs with washer and dryer.
Sleepout with queen bed, TV and ensuite with toilet and shower.
Lounge:north facing with 3 couches plus a chair, SKY TV (basic)DVD, stereo, radio and video machine, fire place and electric heating.
Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer.
Dinning room: has a table and chairs for 8 people.
Outdoors: many table and chairs to follow the sun, or escape it all day, with shade sails and an umberlla.
BBQ on the outside patio, within easy access to the kitchen.
High chair and portacot available.
Off street parking for 4 cars or 2 cars and a trailer boat.

Rates apply for 6 people.$50 per extra person per night.
Studio is an extra $100 per night. It will not be rented out if you book the house only.
Min booking 2 nights.
Long weekends, min booking 3 nights.
Christmas New Year, min booking 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
