Waiheke Views has two self contained properties, The Lodge and the nearby Woolshed
The Lodge:
The luxury appointed Lodge has four bedrooms, sleeping eight people.
This is one of the few properties on Waiheke Island which has it's own indoor heated swimming pool.
The Lodge has antiques and New Zealand and local Waiheke artworks.
It also has a 40" LCD screen home theatre making it suitable for small conferences, big matches and other gatherings.
The Woolshed: A short way down a garden path leads to the rustic Woolshed which features a full sized billiard table, piano and wood fired barbecue.
It has five single beds and one double making it perfect for an overflow from The Lodge.
It also has it's own dining/kitchen area which looks out over Rangitoto, Rakino and the islands beyond.

Facilities

The Lodge is a four bedroom self contained house with it's own indoor heated swimming pool, a large modern kitchen, central dining/family area and a library/home theatre.
The four double bedrooms lead off a central dining area which is open plan with a large family kitchen. The bedrooms have 2 queen beds, 2 king singles and 2 singles that can go together to form a King.
The bedrooms are decorated with New Zealand art, sleigh beds, stylish cotton linen and wood clad walls.
The home theatre/library also leads off the central area.
High vaulted ceilings and skylights give the whole area the 'feel' of a country lodge.
The family kitchen flows out into the indoor pool.
It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and 2 fridge freezers.

With it's 40"LCD screen home theatre The Lodge is a perfect live-in location for a small management conference.
It is also most suitable for other groups such as pre or post wedding gatherings.
In Winter the log burning stove keeps The Lodge warm whilst you and your friends enjoy watching the All Blacks or other sporting events.
In fair or foul weather the pool area can be used for entertaining, a BBQ or just lazing around in the heated swimming pool. There is a large kauri dining table and for functions two extra trestle tables.
The Woolshed,a short walk down the garden path leads to the converted Woolshed.
In the Woolshed garden is an unique swing seat, spa pool and a brick wood fired barbecue.
Inside, the wood panel lining, tile floors and a North facing aspect make this a warm and inviting space.
The Woolshed consists of one large room, a lean-to, verandah and deck.
The large room is naturally divided into two areas.
The raised wooden "shearing floor" has a sitting area, dining table and wooden kitchen bench.
There are expansive north west sea views over sheep clad pastures.
The lower area has a full sized billiard table, a sitting area, TV, CD player, piano and three single divan beds.
The lean-to has a bedroom with a queen, a single and a roll away bed.
Next to this is a bathroom with a shub/shower, toilet, vanity and laundry (washer & dryer).
There is another shower, hand basin and toilet off the front verandah.
French windows open out onto the northwest facing deck lies from the kitchen and bedroom.
Antique farm equipment found on the property and an old wool press create a rustic scene.
In the Woolshed garden is an unique swing seat, spa pool and a brick wood fired barbecue.
The landscaped garden has a large flat grassed area where you can enjoy an energetic game of volley ball, badminton or your children can just kick a ball around!
There is also a petanque court.

The 12 acre farm has several areas of bush, a tree ferned valley with it's stream leading into the lake and a variety of animals.
Waiheke Views is very suitable for day time gatherings and family get togethers.

If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
