Onetangi Beach Villa is the ideal property for 2 families to enjoy Onetangi beach during the hot summers on Waiheke Island.
Set back 2 houses from the beach, you are close enough to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean and far enough back to get some privacy.
With room for plenty of off street parking for the car and boat this grand old villa is ideally situated, to take advantage of the best beach on the island.
With 2 lounges the families can spread out, with kids upstairs and the adults enjoying a break one floor below.

There are 2 kayaks on premise to explore the north coast of this beautiful island.

This Grand Lady features 2 lounges and living areas in the same house.
3 Levels with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people.
Top level: Master bedroom with queen bed looking right out over Onetangi beach. Ensuite with shower and toilet.
Kids bedroom shares this level with a room with 2 bunks.
2nd lounge is on this level with couches, and TV station/SKY decoder with card, (so bring your own SKY card to watch your favourite programmes)DVD/Stereo/Radio.
Main level is the living area with open plan kitchen dinning and lounge.
Large kitchen with DW/microwave/electric hob/double electric wall oven/fridge and freezer.
Plenty of coffee plungers for those coffee addicts.
Large dinning room table with seating for 8 people.
Highchair is available for little one.
Lounge has ample comfortable seating with a Kent fireplace to warm you in winter, and large bay window overlooking Onetangi.
Telephone and internet wireless available.
On this level is another bathroom with shower and seperate toilet and a laundry with washing machine.
This level flows out to a courtyard out the back of the house, to escape either the sun or wind.
Outside table and chairs with umbrella make it an entertainers delight.
The bottom level can be rented in addition to the top 2 levels giving you another 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 singles, with 1 pull out single bed.
The 3rd bathroom is on this level consisting of a shower and toilet.
Rates apply for 6 people and the top 2 levels.
The extra 2 bedrooms on the lower level are an extra $225 per night, accommodating another 4 people
