Situated on the beach.

For those people wanting to escape from it all, or for 2 families wanting to get away together where the kids can camp in tents on flat grass, right next to a small bach with 2 bedrooms.
Or for those artists, someone wanting to do some writing or painting, this would be the ideal place.
Accessible by 4x4 by land (property manager would transport those over this last section of the road) or by your own boat. The property is on a 50 acre section with bush walks and many farm animals, peacocks, native birds and fauna.
There is a wharf out from the cottage a mooring and pontoon in the bay, for those with their own boat.
Great fishing spot for those who love fishing the bottom end.

Facilities
2 Bedrooms and 1 bathromm.
Downstairs is the main room which is a kitchen/dinning room and lounge.
This room faces out over the water.
It is a small room equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, dinning room table, 6 chairs and a couch with a TV in the corner.
The room has a sliding door going out to a veranda which goes across the front of the bach.
You step off the veranda right onto the beach.
There is a bathroom off the room downstairs with a toilet and shower.
The utility room is off this, at the back of the bach, with a washing machine and freezer.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms.
1 with a queen bed, the other with a queen and single.
Beside the bach is a large flat grass area, ideal for tents (can allow up to another 5 people), a game of badmington, touch rugby or cricket.
Rates apply for 2 people.
$35 per extra person per night.
$25 per person in a tent per night.
2 night min booking
3 night min bookings over long weekends
7 night min bookings over Christmas and New Year.

Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled within 1 week prior to booking date a 100% cancellation fee applies. If your booking is cancelled 1 week to 1 month prior to booking date a 30% cancellation fee applies.
