Perfect for a couple but able to sleep an additional guest on a pull-out bed, your 1-bedroom Waiheke rental comes with a kitchenette, a lovely tiled patio, gas BBQ and complimentary breakfast on your first morning!

It’s also handily located, being close to the bus stop and several walking trails, and includes off-street parking, giving you the flexibility to walk or drive as the mood strikes you. Walk just 5 minutes to nearby Sandy Bay or 10 minutes to Enclosure Bay. Beautiful Palm Beach, one of the area’s best swimming beaches, is a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk over relatively flat terrain. There you’ll also find a fish and chip shop, convenience store and free BBQ facilities. Oneroa Village, the island’s main thoroughfare lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and retail shops, is also a 5-minute drive from your cosy Waiheke accommodation.

Deck with outdoor seating and BBQ. Offstreet parking. Owner has 2 friendly labrador dogs on the premises in their own compound. 

• Lovely views. Dogs barked a lot which was annoying - especially early in the morning and when we were sitting on the veranda trying to enjoy the view and the peace.

• The 2 Labrador dogs at the property are called "Sam' and "Sally". They have there own space away from the apartment. They are very friendly especially if you call them by their names.

• A great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet restful break - the view from the coutyard is awesome and very private. Highly recommend Passage Rock winery for lunch on a balmy summers day...! And Man o' War Bay was well worth a visit - take your kayak.
