Kiwi View Cottage

Enjoy the privacy of your own sun-drenched bungalow with uninterrupted sea-views, minutes stroll from Oneroa’s beaches, village shops and restaurants.
Close to both Matiatia and Kennedy Point ferries, “Kiwi View Cottage” is an ideal getaway for total relaxation or more active pursuits, all accessible by foot. Follow the walking trail over to nearby Church Bay, stopping en route for wine-tasting overlooking the sea.
Circumnavigate Waiheke in one of our kayaks, or amble down to the beach for sailboard lessons (you know, those surf boards with sails).
Plenty of room for the kids to play boardgames in their own self-contained sleep-out, when they’re not swimming or trying their hand at watersports. Even winter is inviting, as you warm yourself beside the open fire, gazing at the boats passing by.
Finish the day barbequeing on the west facing deck, enjoying the sunset, or wander up to one of Oneroa’s many restaurants. Walk home watching the city lights appear over the harbour.

  • Beautiful holiday home, much more than a bach, and lovely views. It's a couple of minutes' walk to Blackpool Beach, and 8 minutes' to Oneroa.

  • A fantastic relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and the view overlooking Blackpool Beach is lovely. Our favourite swimming beach was Little Oneroa at the end of the road, the food, wine and locals were fantastic. Would recommend this place to anyone, groups small or large. Thank you. • Kiwi View Cottage was even better than we imagined. The photos on the website are great but its even better in person. Fantastic price and amazing views. I (we) would highly recommend to anyone wanting a bach to relax in particularly if you are with a group as there is plenty of room.
