2 decks with outdoor furniture, umbrella and BBQ. Downstairs gym in the garage with tredmill, ab machine, swiss ball and boxing bag, 2 kayaks with life jackets and mountain bikes. Offstreet parking and internal garaging. Dingy and mooring available for up to  a 25' boat . 

Closeby attractions:
Walk down to Rocky Bay. Close by is the stock car race track, sports centre with, rugby grounds, with golf course, tennis courts, frizzbe-golf, Stonyridge vineyard, short drive to Onetangi, with restaurants, cafes, bars, general supplies, and beach. 15 min drive to car ferry at Kennedy Point. 20 min drive to passenger ferry at Matiatia. Many walks close by.
