Tuck yourselves away at the end of a quiet private peninsula surrounded by water and listen to the waves washing on to the beach below. With a queen bed and a couch that opens into a queen bed this is ideal for one couple or two singles. Laze on the sun drenched patio and gaze out over the boaties’ bay or stroll down the path to swim, go fishing or have a paddle in the three man kayak with life jackets provided. There is a mooring available suitable for a 26 ft boat with around one metre depth at low tide. The west facing beach has a boat ramp - ideal to lie on at the end of the day watching the glorious sunsets while you sip your favourite drink. You can wander down to the other end of the road to Goldie's Vineyard for lunch or wine tasting and the handy bus stop takes you to Oneroa or Onetangi Beach.

Washing machine and dryer for stays of 4 nights or more only. Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. All linen and cleaning included.

Sundrenched patio with wide sea views, tables, 2 lounge chairs, 2 bench seats, 2 chairs, 3 burner hooded BBQ, private walkway down to the beach, and off road parking with concrete driveway. A 3 man kayak with 4 life jackets, fishing rod and a patanque set, the perfect recipe to relax and unwind. 

Closeby Attractions:
10 min walk to Goldie vineyard. A short drive into Big Oneroa Beach and village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, cafes & restaurants. The village also includes various Art Centres a Four Square supprette, Fruit & Veg shops and 2 Liquor stores. Oneroa is the only place you will find ATM machines.

Only 10 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 5 minutes to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.
